  • Appearance on outside: this place looks amazing from the outside. The entrance is very cool. only downside to this place is that its hard to find. Appearance on inside: the staff have done a great job on organizing the zoo good and the landscaping is in very good condition. Cleanliness: very clean from the from the outside to the inside. Customer service: all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They explained a lot about each animal and let us hold some. Price: this is a little expensive but its defiantly worth the money. way better then any public zoo. Comments: i would recommend this place to anyone.
  • We booked chimpanzee encounter which was memorable and white tiger was nice but I recommend chimpanzee more definitely, tiger is only good for pictures but he’s not really playful. The staff was friendly and gave us a information about all the animals and they let us feed them. This is one of a kind experience this is a must see place if you ever visit Florida you should definitely check them out.
