I hate to say that tonight was the first time that I did not tip my waiter. Due to my previous experience as a waiter, I understand that tips are the main income of waiters. So, saying that, our experience started with being greeted by our waiter tonight (Nicholas/6639) 10 minutes after we had been seated. In a Applebees or Chile's, that would have been OK but not in a restaurant where the average meal starts at $17 a plate. Moving forward, Niko takes our order and everything is fine until the meals were served. My wife's was perfect but mine was as if it was taken by an employee from McDonald's. Everything about it was wrong and he didn't come by to check and make sure everything was correct until about 5-10 minutes after the food was served. So I decided to eat my meal ($17 pulled pork sandwich). Pork was very dry and not very enjoyable. I had a server that only checked on us once. Never once refilled my drink or asked my wife if she would like another cocktail. While we were enjoying our time and plates getting removed from table by some random waiter, our waiter finally checks on us to see if we would like desert long after we were done. Niko - If your reading this, I hope you can learn from this mistake because I usually tip 25% and up, depending on the service, but unfortunately the service you gave tonight was the same level of a McDonald's Cashier.
I saw Yacht Rock here last year. The band was amazing..as always. The venue was great!!! It has 2 levels to watch the stage from. Both levels have bars with plenty of bar space. There is also an outside smoking deck on the second floor. Overall, this is a great place!!!
