Rio Pinar Country Club Reviews
A fun old Florida course. If you’re looking for a reasonable place to place with the added benefit of tons of history look no further. Great course, very forgiving, and decent rates. more »
Golf course is tree lined so essential to keep it on the fairway. Tee boxes are very well used, fairways were in reasonable condition. Greens a little bumpy and fast. For all of this we had a great... more »
As soon as we arrived the helpful staff greeted us and picked up a cart and loaded our clubs while we checked in. Everyone we met that worked there was super friendly and helpful. The course layout was nice fairly easy yet challenging approaches. The fairways and greens are in great shape very well maintained, except for only one green that was being rehabilitated this month. The squirrels are interesting, big guys. We had a wonderful time today.
Great course and exceptional layout. I believe in being able to play a course that once hosted some of the pass greats in a game I love. If you feel that way, or just want to play a course that has some fox squirrels who will steal your trail mix, this is that course. The course is tight, with quite a few trees lining every hole so spraying your ball is not an option. The greens are semi slow and in decent shape, same with the t boxes and fairways. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. I do fully endorse playing this course at least once.
