Create an itinerary including Emirgan Park
Walk through Emirgan Park, one of the largest public parks in the city, or stop for a traditional Ottoman meal. Nestled in an urban setting, this oasis stretches over hills and among sparkling lakes. Its collection of plants includes more than 120 species, such as Himalayan cedar, Norway spruce, and Colorado white fir. Its lengthy jogging tracks and picnic tables make it a popular destination among the locals and it hosts annual international tulip festivals. Here you'll also see a traditional Ottoman house, a 19th-century wooden mansion, and a neoclassical-style restaurant. Emirgan Park is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our , world travel planner Edition.

  • It was amazing, calm, and cozy. You can enter it by car with a few fees I think it was 150 TL. But as advised, the road is one way by car so if you want to go back, you have to exit from the garden and enter again. The garden contains a handmade waterfall as I send its picture here, that I thought was real. But when the motor is off I'm surprised how they made it. There are also kids playing regions that may be three. Two lakes there one with ducks and one with fish. You can eat at restaurants there, a classical funny Turkish ice cream man is there. Around 10 flavors there but I found the lemon flavor is the best. The toilet is paid for 1 Turkish lire. The garden has a view of the Bosporus strait. You will look at it from first sight, this garden in springs has special colorful flowers designed tulips and so on. It's generally located on a hill so you can walk around it but in certain areas, you will ascend to the car park. So many chairs there for those who want just to stay and meditate.
  • Amazing place. Beautiful park, colourful, big, very nice place for a walk. Better to bring your own food and dine there (there are plenty of free comfortable tables with benches), or sit on a plaid. Because the cafe doesn't have much choice of food and it VERY crowded, you will wait for a table...
